You *must* have the "Macintosh Drag and Drop" init, version 1.1 or greater, installed in order for Alpha to load on a PowerMac w/ system < 7.5. You can get this init from Apple's ftp site (ftp.support.apple.com). Send me mail if you're having problems finding it.
